it takes to make let people know what the YMCA is about.
What do you hope to learn, show, or accomplish? What’s your “point”? When done with this project I would hope to learn what is takes to make a program at the YMCA. My point would be to make a program at the YMCA because the program can define what the YMCA is around for.
A problem that you will be trying to solve? Why you feel you should be dealing with this problem. One problem I will have be facing is getting the community in the Fun Day

· Wellness floor staff who demonstrate equipment use
· Personal trainers who start you on a fitness/wellness plan
· Welcome Center staff who answer questions, help you register for programs and greet you by name
· Lifeguards who teach swim lessons, offer stroke assistance, and most importantly guard the pool with a watchful eye
· Nursery staff who lend a ready hand to watch and engage your children during your workout
· Youth counselors who lead by example, safeguard children and teens, and staff all YMCA youth programs
· All YMCA programs are tools YMCAs use to accomplish their mission, achieve their vision of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities, and reinforce the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
· Eighty-four percent of YMCA school-age programs are located in schools. Many YMCAs receive support from local schools and school boards.

How many YMCA locations are around the U.S.?
What kind of neighborhoods is the YMCA location at?
What age groups are most popular?
What programs does the YMCA offer for kids?
